At 20, he attended The Culinary Institute of America, where he graduated in 1982 with honors. Since then Todd has become one of the most decorated, respected and charismatic chefs in the world and has published three critically acclaimed cookbooks. |
| Eben Leonard is the new Executive Chef of Todd English’s Bonfire Steakhouse. As a native New Yorker, Chef Leonard most recently worked in the kitchen of Olives NY in Manhattan’s Union Square, where he trained under Chef / Owner Todd English for six years. With a meticulous eye for detail and a love for all things steakhouse, Chef Leonard is a welcomed addition to the Bonfire team. |
